EUROPE 2026: BELOW THE LINE
A campaign in eleven scenarios for Command: Modern Operations
Design: totobimbo - https://totobimbo.com
=====================================================================

Autumn 2026. Europe is not at war, and not at peace either. For four
months, from the Black Sea to the Danish straits, you command the forces
that stand on that line. Every scenario asks the same thing: do the job
without crossing the line.

  * game = time simulated in CMO; play = estimated real time at the
keyboard for an experienced player (60 to 80 hours in all).

INSTALLATION
------------
1. Close Command: Modern Operations.
2. Copy the folder "Europe 2026 - Below the Line" into the "Campaigns"
folder of your CMO installation. For a Steam install this is usually:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command - Modern Operations\Campaigns
3. Start CMO and open Campaigns > Start new campaign. The campaign
appears in the list as "Europe 2026: Below the Line".

Do not rename the files inside the folder: the campaign finds its
scenarios and its picture by their names.

BEFORE YOU PLAY
---------------
Each scenario has a mission pack (briefing pack and operation order),
free on https://totobimbo.com. Read it before the operation: the
scenarios are run through special actions and messages described there.
Count on some sixty to eighty hours of play for the whole campaign.

HOW THE CAMPAIGN WORKS
----------------------
- Each scenario opens with what the previous one left behind: your
grades, the standing of the capitals (legitimacy, public opinion,
allied cohesion), Moscow's posture, your losses, the governments that
fell and the intelligence you brought home.
- A scenario may end early if you lose what you were sent to protect,
  or if a government falls.
- At the end of each scenario, the debrief is written in the Scoring Log
of the player evaluation (lines "DEBRIEF 1/n ...") and kept in the
  message log.
- The last line of the Scoring Log, "EXERCISE CLOSED", adds 100000
points: this only closes the scenario and opens the next one. Your
real score is written on that line.
- The finale, Copenhagen, adds it all up: a campaign summary, an
epilogue that depends on how you played, and a campaign code
(CE26-...). Write the code down and keep it.

Every scenario also plays on its own, from a neutral start: the single
.scen files are on https://totobimbo.com.
